Returns Policy
Foreva Formal Outlet is committed to providing a fair and flexible returns process.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) for a credit note within 14 days of the original purchase date. All returned items will be subject to a quality assessment upon receipt to ensure they meet our return standards.
To be accepted, items must be in their original condition, meaning they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other marks
Foreva Formal Outlet reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit, and any items received in a damaged condition will not be accepted.
Please note that all sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Returns are only accepted for purchases made via forevaformaloutlet.com.au. For your protection, we strongly recommend sending returns with tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
Approved returns will be issued as a credit note within approximately 48 hours of receipt.
Promotions are not valid on exchanged items or when redeeming store credit, unless otherwise specified.
